Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every shipment is free. There are no minimum amounts or hidden conditions — we believe delivery should be simple and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Poland. We want to provide our customers with the highest standard of local service. If we expand to other countries in the future, we will let you know first.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from receiving the shipment to return your products. Contact us at info@navikmoda.com and we will guide you through the entire process.
How long does a refund take?
After the return is accepted, the funds usually reach your account within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little while before you see the transfer on your statement.
Can I exchange a product?
