Shipping policy
At W Navik Moda, we know that fashion shopping should be a pleasure from start to finish. That’s why our shipping process is designed to be simple, reliable, and transparent. We want your order to reach you quickly and without surprises.
We offer free delivery within Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Each shipment is carefully prepared and packed to arrive to you in perfect condition. Currently, we only deliver to addresses in Poland.
Order processing time
- Order preparation: usually 1–2 business days before shipping
- Delivery time: typically 3–7 business days from the moment of shipping
- Total delivery time: in most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days
Our daily cutoff time for processing orders is 14:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Warsaw), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your package’s journey in real time. While we always strive to meet deadlines, delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions or logistical issues. If anything affects the delivery time, we will keep you informed.
