At Navik Moda, you can request a product return in accordance with the terms described below.
You have 60 days from the delivery date, to notify us that you wish to make a return. Products must be unused and in their original condition and include the original packaging. We do not charge return processing fees.
To start a return, email us at info@navikmoda.com and provide the order number. Our team will provide you with further information about the return process.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The return shipment should be sent according to the instructions provided by our team to our operations center in Asia.
If you wish to make exchanges, inform us during your contact. We will present you with the available options.
If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@navikmoda.com. If order fulfillment has not yet started, we will try to make the change or cancel the order. Once order fulfillment or shipping has begun, this may not be possible.
After receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the funds.
