Refund policy

At Navik Moda, we want you to fall in love with every item you choose. If something does not meet your expectations, you can shop with confidence – we offer a simple return and refund process.

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. We do not charge any fees for accepting returns.

To start a return, simply write to us at info@navikmoda.com, providing your order number. Our team will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return package safely reaches our operations center in Asia.

If you want to make an exchange, please inform us when you contact us, and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Orders can be changed or canceled only within 30 minutes of placing them. After this time, the order is processed and can no longer be canceled or modified. If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@navikmoda.com, providing your order number.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
